Big Picture

Just as i had begun to worry about mortality and the aging process comes news that the speed of light may in fact not be constant. Fabulous.

And i love that one of the world's biggest, most technologically advanced telescopes is the
  • "Very Large Telescope"
  • in Chile.
    Very Monty Python.

Yeah, I'm loving that too. God bless scientific pragmatism. But any gay boy can tell you that the speed of light isn't constant; just walk out of a nightclub at 7:30am without sunglasses and see how fast it hits you...

Hmm... how much longer can I milk my I-was-at-Arq-til-7:30 adventure. At least a few more days methinks...

In unrelated news, ick wünsch Di allns Gode ton Geburtsdach. Take that, Vlaamsgirl. (And the other should have come out as til hamingju með afmælið. Just so you know.)

So much eurotrash, so little time... x.

Eurotrash is also the art of stating the bleeding obvious. Witness the French effort on the TGV. Literally the "Very Fast Train" it's like Dadaist poetry...
