Meet Matt. He's a fun-ghi

The King Oyster mushrooms that have been appearing in fruit shops across town. They're quite regal indeed but what does one do with them?

Was excellent in pastas and stuff but think pho will be the go! Give it a chance to shine in it's meaty mushroomy glory. And now I'm hungry again - great :o

Although should you ever open some kind of fusion cuisine emporium at least you noww have a name for it.
